基于“定岗双元”“三站互动,分段交替”的双元制职业教育模式,以机电一体化专业为例,研究“学校、跨企业培训中心、企业”三站中的跨企业培训中心站的培训模块课程学习成效的评价,并通过实践证明该评价的科学性,从而有效提升学生的综合能力和全面素质,实现学习成效评价与工学结合的有机结合。
