本文从研讨新时期新经济时代下的文秘专业素养问题出发,对当今社会中对文秘专业素养的需求情况做了详细和论述和分析。接着笔者就多年研究教学经验对现阶段如何提高文秘专业素养问题进行了观点性的分析和建议。最后在讨论专业素养问题的基础上笔者对现有的高校文秘专业教育体系发表了自己的观点和建设性分析并对当前高校文秘专业人才培养方案进行详细阐述。
Based on the discussion of the secretarial professionalism in the new era of the new era, this article makes a detailed and exposition of the demand of the secretarial professionalism in today’s society. Then the author of many years of teaching experience on how to improve the professionalism of secretarial issues at this stage were point of view of the analysis and recommendations. Finally, on the basis of discussing the issue of professional accomplishment, the author has put forward his point of view and constructive analysis to the existing system of undergraduate secretarial education in colleges and universities and elaborated on the current programs of cultivating secretarial professionals in colleges and universities.
