目的研讨优质护理服务在门诊护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2014年3月至2015年6月在我院外科门诊就诊患者100例,其中男45例,女55例,平均年龄在(46.6±1.9)岁,将所有患者随机分为两组,每组各50人。实施优质护理服务的为观察组,实施常规护理服务的为对照组。结果实施优质护理服务后,患者就诊时挂号等候时间、进行检查等候所需时间以及交费缴清相关费用拿到药品所需的时间都大大缩减,观察组与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者未出现投诉事件,并且仅有1例护患纠纷。而对照组有6例投诉,12例护患纠纷,远远高于观察组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者的总满意度为70%,实施优质护理服务的观察组总满意度大大提高为94%,两组相比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施优质护理服务为医院带来了良好的效应,值得推广。
Objective To study the effect of quality nursing service in outpatient nursing. Methods From March 2014 to June 2015, 100 outpatients in our outpatient department were selected, including 45 males and 55 females, with an average age of (46.6 ± 1.9) years. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of quality nursing services has brought good effects to the hospital and is worth promoting.
