近年来,检察文化理论研究呈现蓬勃发展之势,而理论研究的目的在于更好地指导实践,实践是检察文化价值实现的根本,所以将检察文化作为一种管理手段,并尝试构建“四位一体”的检察文化管理模式,意在更好地实践检察文化,用检察文化管理检察队伍,实现对检察文化认识的二次飞跃。
