叔胺型树脂考来替泊盐酸盐(Colestipol hydro-chloride)和季铵型树脂消胆胺(cholestyramine)的作用机理均为可降低低密度脂蛋白-胆甾醇(LDL-C)浓度,使粪便胆甾醇增加10倍,并使肝及肠内胆甾醇的合成增加并转化成胆酸。但长期口服产生病人难以接受的药物恶味的问题。本人报道在40个健康受试者对该二种树脂与6种赋形剂合用时的味道、质地和嗅味以及可口性进行评定(分1~5级)的研究。
The mechanism of the action of tertiary amine resin Colestipol hydro-chloride and quaternary ammonium resin cholestyramine is to reduce the concentration of LDL-C Stool cholesterol increases 10-fold and increases the synthesis of cholesterol in the liver and intestine into bile acids. I report on the study of the taste, texture, odor and palatability (grades 1 to 5) of 40 healthy subjects when the two resins are used in combination with six kinds of excipients.
