认知风格作为一项有心理学研究项目,自上个世纪四十年代以来得到了人们的广泛探讨和重视,经过多个领域研究者的潜心学习与研究,初步形成了一系列认知风格理论,这一理论也逐步被拓展并应用到教育领域,为教育教学事业的发展提供了新思路,带来了新契机,经过实践研究表明,学生的认知风格会对其学习动力、学习方法以及学习效率、效果等方面产生不寻常的影响。本文将高职院校管理类专业学生为对象,探究了学生的认知风格对其专业学习的影响。
