我国有相当数量的肝炎患者伴有不同程度的肝功能不全,同时患有各种需要手术治疗的妇科疾病。伴有肝功能不全的患者,如果围术期处理不当,术后可加重肝功能的损害,可发生严重的急性肝功能不全、肝功能衰竭,甚至死亡。因此,为肝功能不全的患者实施手术是一个必须慎重对待的问题。1
