本文用超声心动图测量了年龄、性别相匹配的高血压病患者及正常人的房室平面移位幅度,并对其评价高血压病左室舒张功能的意义进行了探讨。结果显示,高血压病组左房收缩引起AV平面移位幅度大于正常组(P<0.01);左室舒张期最大AV平面移位幅度明显小于正常组(P<0.001);左房收缩引起AV平面移位幅度与左室舒张期最大AV平面移位幅度比值大于正常组(P<0.001),并与脉冲多普勒测量的二尖瓣下血流A/E比值有良好相关(r=0.81,P<0.001)。因此房室平面移位幅度可用于评价高血压患者左室舒张功能。
In this paper, we measured the amplitude of ventricular floor displacement in patients with hypertension and normal subjects matched with age and gender by echocardiography, and discussed the significance of evaluating left ventricular diastolic function in patients with hypertension.
