防汛辅助决策系统的建设是一项内容复杂、涉及面广、难度很大的工作,但却关系到社会的稳定和人们生命财产安全,地理信息系统(GIS)及相关技术因其强大的信息综合能力和地理空间特性在上述领域已经得到了重视。经过多年的探索和努力,我们在GIS信息的收集、建库与应用开发等方面进行了有益的尝试,并已基本建成沙颍河流域防汛地理信息系统的框架,取得了理想的成果。本文将介绍沙颍河流域防汛GIS信息系统的结构、特点和功能。
The construction of flood control decision-making system is a complex, extensive and difficult task, but it is related to social stability and people’s life and property safety. Because of its powerful information integration Competencies and geospatial features have gained importance in these areas. After years of exploration and efforts, we have made useful attempts in the collection, database construction and application development of GIS information. We have basically completed the framework of the flood control geographical information system in the Shaying River basin and achieved satisfactory results. This article will introduce the structure, characteristics and functions of flood control GIS in Shayinghe River Basin.
