创新集群是区域经济增长的重要抓手。中国的产业集群面对着逐底竞争和集群转移的发展困境,在知识经济时代,集群企业去地方化的理想目标地是创新集群。集群企业去地方化进程的主要动因是获取关键技术进行技术升级、协同创新、获取丰富的创业资源等。研究结果显示:低品质集群企业去地方化的主要目的是追寻优质创新资源;高品质集群企业的主要目的是追寻优质创业资源。
Innovation cluster is an important starting point for regional economic growth. China’s industrial clusters face the dilemma of competition by the bottom and cluster transfer. In the era of knowledge-based economy, the ideal target for local enterprises to cluster is the innovation cluster. The main motivation for the cluster enterprises to go through the process of localization is to acquire key technologies for technological upgrading, collaborative innovation and access to abundant entrepreneurial resources. The research results show that the main purpose of localizing low-quality cluster enterprises is to pursue high-quality innovative resources. The main purpose of high-quality cluster enterprises is to pursue high-quality venture resources.
