当今社会青年职工心理问题不断增加,给企业共青团工作带来了新的挑战,如何正确引导青年职工思想已成为企业团建工作的重要问题。本文通过分析企业青工矛盾的心理特征,从而探讨有效的心理疏导方式。
Psychological problems of young workers in today’s society are constantly increasing, which has brought new challenges to the work of the Communist Youth League. How to correctly guide the thinking of young workers has become an important issue for the work of the Communist Youth League. This paper analyzes the psychological characteristics of young workers in enterprises to explore effective ways of psychological counseling.
