针对循环流化床锅炉炉膛容积采用经验比较法适应性差的问题,采用幂函数规律拟合循环流化床锅炉运行数据。研究循环流化床锅炉热效率与其主要影响因素(吨汽有效容积、煤的挥发分)之间的关系,提出了吨汽有效容积的概念。结果表明:吨汽有效容积与燃用煤种的挥发分是影响炉膛容积的重要因素。为使循环流化床锅炉热效率达到80%以上,吨汽有效容积(用y表示)与煤的挥发分(用x表示)应满足:y≥7.78x-0.136。
In view of the poor adaptability of experience comparison method for the hearth of CFB boiler, the power function law was used to fit the operation data of CFB boiler. To study the relationship between thermal efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler and its main influencing factors (effective volume of ton steam, volatile content of coal), the concept of effective volume of ton steam is put forward. The results show that the effective volume of ton steam and the volatile content of burning coal are the important factors that affect the volume of the furnace. In order to make the thermal efficiency of circulating fluidized bed boiler more than 80%, the effective steam volume (expressed as y) and the volatile content of coal (indicated by x) should satisfy: y≥7.78x-0.136.
