在全国改革开放经济飞速发展的大好形势下,我们迎来了核工业标准化研究所建所10周年。回忆在总公司领导下,在总公司各司局和兄弟单位的指导与帮助下,标准化所的成长过程和所做的工作,展望改革开放给标准化事业带来的勃勃生机和活力,全所同志信心百倍,决心为核工业的发展做出更大的贡献。 1983年,标准化所成立伊始就处在核工业步履艰难的第二次创业时期,各方面条件都非常艰苦。同志们遵循边筹建边工作的方针,以顽强的毅力、饱满的热情,首先开展了建立核工业标准体系的工作,在既参照国际标准和国外先进标准,又结合我国具体情况的前提下,先后完成了核仪器仪表、动力堆工程、核燃料循环、同位素应用、辐射防护、潜艇核动力安全等20多项标准体系表,为后来加速制修订标准,尽快改变核工业标准化工作的落后局面起到了重要作用。
