我国大学学报的发展面临诸多困境:在内部,主要表现为大学学报的单位归属感强而学科归属感弱、编辑主体的学科背景单一而工作面向多元;在外部,则主要是由期刊评价体系与科研机构的期刊等级设定导致的优质作者流失。学术期刊的综合性与专业性具有相对性,向专业性学术期刊转型并非综合性大学学报的最佳路径。以问题为中心,进行主题栏目的策划,同时编辑主体(包括主编和编辑)实现角色的多元整合,方能从根本上发挥大学学报的综合性优势。
The development of China’s university journals is facing many difficulties: the internal performance of the journals is mainly due to the strong sense of belonging of the units of the university journals and the weak academic belonging; the subject background of the editing main body is single and the work is multifaceted; in the outside, The loss of good writers caused by the ranking of scientific journals. The comprehensiveness and professionality of academic journals are relativistic. The transition to specialized academic journals is not the best path for comprehensive university journals. To focus on the issue, the topic column planning, while editing the main (including editor and editor) to achieve the role of multiple integration, can fundamentally play a comprehensive advantage of university journals.
