卡尔·阿曼(Karl Ammann),1948年出生于瑞士圣加伦,是著名的野生动物摄影家,生物多样性保护者和经济学者,也是世界野生动物保护协会、猎豹保护基金会等多个非政府组织的顾问。1974年,在获得美国伊萨卡大学酒店管理学学位后,阿曼移居非洲。因为经常出差,他先后游历了世界上100多个国家,接触到各地的自然风光,同时也开始关注野生动物的生存状况。
Karl Ammann, born in 1965 in St. Gallen, Switzerland, is a renowned wildlife photographer, biodiversity protector and economist. He is also a member of several non-governmental organizations, including the World Wildlife Federation and the Cheetah Protection Foundation Consultant for the organization. In 1974, after receiving a degree in hotel management from the University of Ithaca, Oman moved to Africa. Because of frequent trips, he traveled successively to more than 100 countries in the world, getting in touch with the natural scenery around the world and also started to pay attention to the living conditions of wild animals.
