十二指肠溃疡(Duodenal ulcer,DU)和胃癌(Gas-tric cancer,GC)在临床上较常见,而二者并存则少见.我院自1983年3月至1997年3月在25620例胃镜检查中检查出DU与GC并存者8例,占同期胃镜检查总数0.31%.现分析如下.1 临床资料本组DU并GC8例,均经病理证实,其中男性5例,女性3例,男女之比2.5:1,年龄28～75岁,平均49岁,病程2月～30年.症状表现有上腹部疼痛5例,进行性吞咽困难1例,近期出现上腹饱胀、早饱2例,其中有2例伴有黑便,2例伴有消瘦,3例曾有
Duodenal ulcer (DU) and gastric cancer (GC) are clinically common, but the coexistence of the two is rare. Our hospital has been involved in 25620 endoscopy since March 1983 to March 1997.
