目前小轿车与载重车用轮胎的发展趋势之一是无内胎化。工程机械特别是进口的,采用无内胎轮胎的也越来越多,例如美国伟勃公司的150吨自卸车用36.00—51、100吨自卸车用30.00—51、卡特皮勒公司12G平地机用13.00—24等等,均为无内胎轮胎。由于我们过去对这种轮胎缺乏感性知识,开始使用时在维护保养和管理等方面都较生疏,常因处理不当发生问题。例如某铜矿进口20条36.00—51无内胎轮胎,每条胎国际市场价格1.1万美元,重近3吨,在港口装卸时,由于用钢丝绳起吊,造成胎圈密封层局部损坏而全部报废,
One of the trends in the development of tires for cars and trucks today is the absence of inner tubes. Construction machinery, especially imported ones, are increasingly used in tubeless tires, such as the Weibu company’s 36.00-51 for 150-ton dump trucks, the 30.00-51 for 100-ton dump trucks, and the Caterpillar 12G-grade machines for the dump trucks. 13.00-24 and so on, are tubeless tires.
