目的针对獐牙菜野生资源受到严重破坏的情况,系统地探讨了通过组织培养为手段进行人工繁殖的方法。方法将种子接种于诱导培养基上,待其长成小苗后分别取其不带芽茎段、叶和带芽茎段作为外植体,在MS培养基上添加不同的激素配比,改变培养方式。结果在所有的实验方案中,不带芽茎段是理想的外植体材料。较适宜的初代培养基为MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+蔗糖3.0%,增殖培养基为MS+BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L+蔗糖3.0%,而根的诱导则是在1/2MS+NAA 0.5 mg/L+1.5%蔗糖的培养基上进行。结论采用组织培养方式可进行獐牙菜的快速繁殖,为确保这一珍稀药用植物资源的保护和可持续利用提供有效途径。
The purpose of this study was to systematically investigate the methods of artificial breeding through tissue culture as a means of seriously destroying the wild resources of Swertia. Conclusion The rapid propagation of Swertia edulis can be carried out by means of tissue culture, which provides an effective way to ensure the conservation and sustainable use of this rare medicinal plant resource.
