本刊讯建设部日前决定,对地下管线档案信息动态管理机制问题进行调研。此次调研,旨在汇总目前地下管线工程档案管理的真实现状,提出解决问题的可行性建议,破解当前地下管线档案信息综合动态管理难题。调研采用实地调研和问卷调查两种方式。问卷调查的范围是地级以上城市。
