本文通过将高校教师与企业员工建言特点进行比较,发现高校教师作为知识型员工的典型特征,并针对当下中国高校的建言环境,提出针对性的对策建议。
By comparing the characteristics of college teachers and employees, this paper finds that college teachers as typical characteristics of knowledge workers and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the current environment of Chinese colleges and universities.
