劳动保障部:你部和外交部报送国务院的《关于对第90届国际劳工大会通过的国际劳工公约议定书和建议书处理意见的请示》及所附《2002年议定书 1981年职业安全和卫生公约议定书》、《第193号建议书关于促进合作社建议书》和《第194号建议书关于职业病名单及职业事故和职业病的登记与报告建议书》收悉。经国务院领导同志同意,现函复如下:
Ministry of Labor and Social Security: Your Ministry and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Submit the State Department’s “Request for Comments on the Protocol to Treaties and Proposals of International Labor Conventions adopted by the 90th International Labor Conference” and the Protocol of 2002 Occupation Safety and Health Convention, 1981 The Protocol to Recommendation No. 193 concerning Recommendations for Cooperation in Promoting Cooperatives and Recommendation No. 194 concerning the Registration and Reporting of Occupational Diseases List and Occupational Diseases and Occupational Diseases were received. With the consent of the leading comrades of the State Council, I hereby reply as follows:
