通过离子交联法和喷雾干燥法分别制备了壳聚糖纳米粒和壳聚糖微球,在体外模拟人体消化系统环境考察壳聚糖纳米粒和微球对脂类和胆酸盐的结合能力。实验结果表明:壳聚糖纳米粒和微球粒径范围分别为200~800 nm和5~8μm;壳聚糖纳米粒和微球对脂类和胆酸盐的结合能力显著高于普通壳聚糖;并且,粒子粒径越小结合能力越强。
Chitosan nanoparticles and chitosan microspheres were prepared by ion-crosslinking method and spray-drying method, respectively, to simulate the digestive system environment of human body in vitro to investigate the binding ability of chitosan nanoparticles and microspheres to lipids and cholate . The experimental results show that the size range of chitosan nanoparticles and microspheres are 200-800 nm and 5-8 μm, respectively. The binding ability of chitosan nanoparticles and microspheres to lipids and cholate is significantly higher than that of ordinary chitosan Sugar; and, the smaller the particle size the stronger the binding capacity.
