对3000A钕电解槽的阳极结构做了改进,用多根石墨棒组成的阳极代替筒状阳极进行了降低钕中碳含量的研究。结果表明:采用多阳极后提高了电解槽温度的稳定性,明显降低了电解金属钕中的碳含量,达到了制备钕铁硼永磁材料的要求,钕中碳含量稳定在004%~005%;电流效率和氧化钕的利用率也相应提高,平均电解电流由原来的1729A增加到2053A,提高了电解槽的生产能力。
The anode structure of 3000A neodymium cell was improved, and the research of reducing the carbon content in neodymium was carried out by replacing the cylindrical anode with the anode composed of multiple graphite rods. The results show that using multiple anodes improves the temperature stability of the electrolytic cell, obviously reduces the carbon content in the electrolytic neodymium, and achieves the requirement of preparing the NdFeB permanent magnet material. The carbon content in the neodymium is stable at 004% 0 05%; current efficiency and utilization of neodymium oxide also increased accordingly, the average electrolysis current increased from the original 1729A to 2053A, to improve the production capacity of the cell.
