铜梁县是重庆市的养鱼大县,长期养殖传统的四大家鱼,而乌鱼养殖的兴起,首功要归于一位名叫周运明的返乡农民工。今年31岁的周运明仅有中学文化,24岁到广州办制衣厂打工。工作之余,他常到附近农户家的鱼塘钓鱼,在摆龙门阵中,得知他们养殖的乌鱼经济效益高,市场上供不应求,80%销往成都、重庆。他对养乌鱼来了兴趣,常利用工作之余去鱼池观察
Tongliang is a major fish-breeding county in Chongqing. It has long been the traditional culture of the four major domestic fish. However, the rise of mullet breeding is attributed to the return of a migrant worker named Zhou Yunming. 31-year-old Zhou Yunming only high school culture, 24-year-old garment factory to work in Guangzhou Office.
