目的 为了解轮状病毒性肠炎不同病情程度的患儿是否存在心肌损害及其损害程度。方法 :对 58例临床确诊为轮状病毒性肠炎者 ,进行了心肌酶谱活性测定。结果 :(1 )在轮状病毒性肠炎急性期可发生不同程度的心肌损害 ,患儿心肌酶 AST、HBDH、CK、CK—MB测定值高于对照组测定值 (P<0 .0 1 )。 (2 )合并脱水酸中毒症状愈严重 ,心肌酶活性升高愈显著 ,同时心电图也有不同程度的改变。 (3 )随着病情好转心肌酶各项指标也随着改善 ,心电图也恢复正常。结论 :对小儿轮状病毒性肠炎患者行心肌酶测定有积极的临床意义。
Objective To understand the severity of rotavirus enteritis in children with myocardial damage and the extent of their damage. Methods: 58 cases of clinically diagnosed as rotavirus enteritis, myocardial enzyme activity was measured. Results: (1) Myocardial damage may occur in the acute stage of rotavirus enteritis. The levels of AST, HBDH, CK and CK-MB in myocardial enzymes in children were higher than those in the control group (P <0.01) . (2) The more severe dehydration acidosis symptoms, the more significant increase in myocardial enzyme activity, while ECG changes to varying degrees. (3) As the condition improved myocardial enzyme indicators also improved, ECG also returned to normal. Conclusion: The determination of myocardial enzymes in pediatric patients with rotavirus enteritis has a positive clinical significance.
