据文献报道单纯性肾囊肿,一般毋需处理,但并发严重感染。高血压,腰部疼痛或包块,需对症及手术处理。肾性高血压中单纯性肾囊肿并发高血压者占21.1％。本院从1987年2月～1989年10月,经B超诊断单纯性肾囊肿83例中并发高血压者占18％(15/83),我们采用硬化剂硫酸铝钾俗称明矾配制为3％溶液,对13例肾囊肿并发高血压经口服
According to the literature reported simple renal cysts generally do not need to deal with, but complicated by severe infection. High blood pressure, lumbar pain or mass, need symptomatic and surgical treatment. Renal hypertension in simple renal cysts complicated by hypertension accounted for 21.1%. From February 1987 to October 1989, our hospital diagnosed 83 cases of simple renal cysts by B-ultrasonography, accounting for 18% (15/83). We used hardener aluminum potassium sulfate, commonly known as alum, to prepare 3% Solution, 13 cases of renal cysts complicated by high blood pressure by oral administration
