《数学课程标准》指出“人人学有价值的数学,人人都能获得必需的数学,不同的人在数学上得到不同的发展。”孔子也在2000多年前就提出“因材施教”的教育思想。分层教学在小学数学教学中对提高学生成绩,发展学生个性,培养数学尖子人才,满足不同层次的人对数学不同的需求有着非常大的作用。下面就谈谈本人在分层教学中的一些体会。1分层教学的必要性。
