水电事业单位在企业文化改制中,职工的思想政治面貌得到了全新的转变。本文就水电事业单位企业文化改制中思想政治工作的特点和现状及存在的问题进行了简单的分析,并提出了在实际中落实思想政治工作需注意的事项。
In the reorganization of corporate culture, the utilities sector has undergone entirely new changes in the ideological and political aspects of its employees. This paper simply analyzes the characteristics, current situation and existing problems of the ideological and political work in the corporate culture reform of the hydropower institution and puts forward some issues that should be paid attention to in implementing the ideological and political work in practice.
