为更好地落实军区卫生工作会议精神,福建省军区不久在海防某师举办了一期由师、旅、团防疫军医、防疫所长及师卫生防疫助理员学习班。学习班从着眼实战,扎实准备出发,围绕加强疾病监控,突出服务为主线,建立、健全疾病监测网络,加大服务力度,提高部队疾病监控能力和生活环境质量;立足官兵健康教育,强化防病意识为重点,采取多种形式,分类宣传,扩大教育面,提高整体教育普及率;坚持防治结合,以防为主,拓宽服务渠道为目标,提高对部队官兵综合保障能力,为提高战斗力服务。通过学习探讨,大家反映,理清了思路,提高认识,统一了思想,对今后部队防疫工作增强了信心,这对“十五”做好基层防疫工作将产生积极作用。
In order to better implement the spirit of the conference on health work in military areas, a military training course for surgeons, brigades and regiments to fight epidemics, director of epidemic prevention and division assistant for health and epidemic prevention was soon held in Fujian Military Region by a certain division in Haiphong. The study class should focus on actual combat and be well prepared. Starting from focusing on strengthening disease surveillance and highlighting services, we should establish and perfect a network for disease surveillance and intensify service so as to improve the disease surveillance capabilities and quality of living environment. Based on the health education of officers and men, Consciousness as the focus, adopt various forms, propaganda classified, expanding the area of education, improve the overall education penetration rate; adhere to the combination of prevention, prevention, broaden the channels of service as the goal, to improve the integrated support capabilities of troops and soldiers, to improve combat effectiveness. Through the study and discussion, all of us reflected, clarified our thinking, raised our awareness and unified our thinking, and increased our confidence in future troop epidemic prevention work. This will have a positive effect on the prevention and control of grassroots work during the “Tenth Five-year Plan” period.
