本文叙述了渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮EHL(弹性流体动力润滑)油膜厚度的测量法;介绍了能够对齿轮啮合全过程的油膜进行测量的实验装置;在齿轮上对油膜厚度—放电电压曲线进行了静态标定;对渐开线直齿圆柱齿轮的EHL油膜进行了实测。结果表明:节线附近实测油膜厚度值与理论计算结果比较接近,而在齿面啮合初期油膜厚度大大低于理论值。本文最后对这个结果进行了初步的理论分析,认为渐开线齿轮的润滑存在非稳态区。
This paper describes the measurement method of the film thickness of the involute spur gear EHL (Elucidated Hydrodynamic Lubrication); the experimental device that can measure the oil film in the whole process of gear meshing is introduced; the film thickness-discharge voltage curve Static calibration was carried out. EHL oil film of involute spur gear was measured. The results show that the measured film thickness near the nodal line is close to the theoretical calculation result, while the film thickness at the beginning of tooth meshing is much lower than the theoretical value. At the end of this paper, a preliminary theoretical analysis of this result shows that there exists an unstable region in the lubrication of involute gear.
