切斯特·巴纳德(Chester I·Barnard,1886￣1961)是西方现代管理理论社会系统学派的创始人。管理学界几乎一致认为:巴纳德关于组织理论的探讨,至今无人超越,西方管理学界称他是现代管理理论的奠基人。
Chester Barnard (1886-1961) is the founder of the Western School of Modern Management Theory of Social Systems. Management circles almost agree that: Barnard’s discussion of the theory of organization, no one beyond, the Western management scholars said he is the founder of modern management theory.
