本文对我国私营中小企业的生存环境,进行了SWOT分析和判断,摆出了5项优势和6项劣势因素,找出促进我国中小企业成长的5大机会和在此过程中可能出现的6大威胁。依据此结果,提出了紧跟市场拾遗补缺的投资战略,依靠组织建设促进企业成长的组织战略和以降低风险为基本原则的市场战略等方法,希望对中小企业经营者有所帮助。
This article analyzes the living environment of private small and medium-sized enterprises in our country and makes SWOT analysis and judgment. It puts forward five advantages and six unfavorable factors to find out five major opportunities to promote the growth of SMEs in our country and the six major ones that may appear in the process Threats. Based on this result, I propose to follow the market’s investment strategy of selecting and supplementing deficiencies, relying on the organizational construction and organizational strategy to promote the growth of enterprises and the market strategy of reducing risk as the basic principles and other methods, and I hope it will be helpful to the SME operators.
