对活检证实宫颈癌的31例病人术前作了腹腔镜超声扫描研究。年龄21～64岁,用6.5MHz凸形超声探头,伴有5.0～7.5MHz多频率性能。通过脐下10mm套针放置10mm探头柄,双穿刺腹腔镜检查,用2000ml生理盐水充盈盆腔。病人取轻微头低足高位,从肾门开始对腹主动脉、腔静脉旁至主动脉分叉处和双髂总动脉至耻骨弓下口系统扫描。所有病人随访6～24个月,无操作前、后的并发症。记录所见
31 cases of cervical cancer biopsy confirmed by laparoscopic ultrasound scan. Age 21 to 64 years, with 6.5MHz convex ultrasound probe, accompanied by 5.0 ~ 7.5MHz multi-frequency performance. Through the umbilical 10mm trocar placed 10mm probe handle, double laparoscopic biopsy, filled with 2000ml saline pelvic cavity. Patients with mild head low high enough to start from the renal portal to the abdominal aorta, vena cava next to the bifurcation of the aorta and common iliac artery to the lower pubic symphysis system scan. All patients were followed up for 6 to 24 months without any complications before and after operation. See the record
