记忆是人类最基本的心理活动,也是个人信息管理的基本前提。记忆失误会导致个人信息管理活动的失败,因此文章从个人信息管理的角度探讨记忆失误问题。首先分析个人信息管理的现状,对记忆与个人信息管理的关系进行总结。其次对记忆以及记忆失误的相关概念进行研究,并总结了目前学者对个人信息管理与记忆失误之间关系的研究。最后分析记忆失误产生的主要原因,并提出解决记忆失误的若干对策,包括利用记忆线索、运用心理游历、采用预防策略、进行群体互动、使用信息管理工具等。但是由于记忆问题本身的复杂性,文章仅是从个人信息管理角度进行了较为完整的分析,还应该从心理学、社会学等更多的学科角度对记忆失误问题进行更加完整的探究。
Memory is the most basic human psychological activities, but also the basic premise of personal information management. Mistakes in personal information management activities will lead to the failure of the article from the personal information management point of view to discuss the issue of memory errors. First of all, the status quo of personal information management is analyzed, and the relationship between memory and personal information management is summarized. Secondly, it studies the related concepts of memory and memory errors, and summarizes the current scholars’ research on the relationship between personal information management and memory errors. Finally, the paper analyzes the main causes of memory errors and puts forward some countermeasures to solve them, including memory clues, psychological travel, prevention strategies, group interaction and the use of information management tools. However, due to the complexity of the memory problem itself, the article only conducts a more complete analysis from the perspective of personal information management. It should also probe into the problem of memory failure more thoroughly from the perspectives of psychology and sociology.
