自今年四月国务院公布关于加快建设上海国际金融和国际航运中心的意见以来,短短数月,上海“双中心”建设工作扎实、有序和高效地推进,取得突破性进展。各项专业规划相继制定,金融改革创新之举叠出,航运业整合布局转型,相关配套政策法规陆续出台,行政区域合并形成大浦东格局,为“两个中心”建设先试先行提供载体。在一系列举措中,规划工作起到重要作用。在此,本刊截取外滩、陆家嘴、北外滩、外高桥、洋山深水港、浦东机场空港等规划建设重点,以镜像的方式展现上海加速建设“两个中心”的风采,以期读者能观一隅而知全貌,感受这座城市所具有的独特魅力。
