目的研究毛叶合欢Albizia mollis的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱及RP C-18柱色谱进行分离纯化,并运用波谱方法对所分得化合物进行结构鉴定。结果从毛叶合欢中分得了13个化合物,经波谱解析分别鉴定为白桦酸(1)、桉脂素(2)、麦角甾醇过氧化物(3)、金合欢酸内酯(4)、桦木醇(5)、表儿茶素(6)、(-)-表阿夫儿茶精(7)、β-香树酯醇(8)、ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-O-β-glycopyranoside(9)、3-吲哚甲酸(10)、1-O-十八烷酸甘油酯(11)、正二十七烷醇(12)、1-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷-(2S,3R,4E,8E)-2-N-(2′-羟基-二十一碳酰基)-十八碳鞘氨醇-4,8-二烯(13)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分得。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Albizia mollis. Methods The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel permeation chromatography and RP C-18 column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods. Results A total of 13 compounds were isolated from the leaves of Acacia mongolicum. The compounds were identified as spectrofluoric acid (1), eucalyptol (2), ergosterol peroxide (3), acacia lactone (4) (5) epicatechin (6), (-) - epifluorescein (7), β-amyrin (8), ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-O- -glycopyranoside (9), 3-indolecarboxylic acid (10), 1-O-octadecanoic acid glyceride (11), n-heptacosanol (12), 1-O-β-D-glucoside- (2S, 3R, 4E, 8E) -2-N- (2’-hydroxy-henicosanoyl) -dodecylsarcosine-4,8-diene (13). Conclusion All the compounds were obtained from this plant for the first time.
