随着经济建设的转轨,我国社会进一步的发展,法律教育已经成为了社会所关注的重点,毕竟我国是一个依法治国的国家,在法治社会中法律教育的教学质量与司法制度到发展息息相关。笔者主要对司法制度的主要内容、特点进行了相关介绍,同时指出了法律教育的重要性,并借此进一步分析了司法制度与法律教育的关系,主要包括——司法制度对法律教育有主导性的影响、法律教育对司法制度有制约作用、法律教育为司法制度提供了精神支持和智力支持、司法制度的进一步发展需要法律教育方面的改革。
