目的:探讨多排螺旋CT重建技术在四肢骨关节骨折方面的临床应用价值。方法对156例四肢骨关节骨折的患者进行多排螺旋CT容积扫描,在工作站上进行MPR、VR成像,结合轴位扫描图像对骨折进行分析,观察MPR、VR重建图像在显示骨折线、骨折碎片、关节面损伤程度以及四肢关节脱位的情况。结果 MPR能准确显示骨折甚至细微骨折并对判断关节面损伤程度、关节腔内情况及周围软组织情况较好;VR显示骨折和关节脱位的立体效果较好并能准确评估骨折劈裂的方向和塌陷的面积。结论多排旋CT重建技术对四肢骨关节骨折等能够进行准确诊断, MPR、VR 2种重建方法可相互补充,能够多方位、多角度、立体直观地显示四肢骨关节骨折和关节面损伤程度、关节脱位情况,对临床医生决定治疗方案、患者预后的评估具有重要的临床指导作用。“,”Objective To study the multiple row spiral CT reconstruction in limb joint fractures of the clinical application value. Methods 156 patients with joint fractures of the limbs with multiple row spiral CT volumetric scanning, on the workstation, MPR and VR imaging combined with axial scanning image analysis of fracture, observe the MPR and VR reconstruction image on the display fracture line, fractures, joint surface damage degree and the situation of the limbs joint dislocation. Results MPR can display fracture even minor fractures and to determine the joint surface damage degree, articular cavity and sur ounding soft tissue is bet er; VR display three-dimensional ef ect of fracture and dislocation of the joints is bet er and can accurately assess the direction of fracture split ing and subsidence area. Conclusion Multiple row spiral CT reconstruction technique to joint fractures of limbs can make accurate diagnosis, MPR and VR two reconstruction methods can complement each other, to al-round, multi-angle, three-dimensional visual display limbs joint fracture and joint surface damage degree, joint dislocation, prognosis in patients with clinical doctors determine treatment, assessment has important clinical guidance.
