我国现有白内障病人约400～500万人,占所有盲人的25.8%。硅胶摘除白内障依我国国情,在没有条件的基层单位,尤其是广大农村地区仍不失为一种确有实效的复明手段。为了使硅胶摘除白内障在治盲中更好发挥作用,探讨如何降低术中囊膜破裂是很有意义的课题。本文结合我们的临床实践,通过对本组病人术中破囊因素及其预防的初步探讨,希望能有助于提高硅胶手术的成功率。临床资料
