概述在热力发电厂的设计,热力试验计算和自动控制中都要涉及到处理大量的实验数据、计算曲线和图表。过去一般都是查阅相应的实验数表和曲线,直接读出所需的数据。这种计算方法原则上也可以用于电子计算机,即把数表(曲线也化为数据)送入计算机,用插值方法实现量之间的数值转换。但是当数据量很大时,它需占用很多的输入时间和存贮单元而难于实现。这就要求把大量的数据和图表公式化。
