目的:探讨鼓室内注射布地奈德联合沐舒坦治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法:分泌性中耳炎患儿130例随机分为2组。治疗组65例(78耳)给予鼓室内注射布地奈德和沐舒坦;对照组65例(73耳)给予鼓室内注射地塞米松和α-糜蛋白酶,比较2组疗效。结果:2组治疗后骨气导差均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼓室内注射布地奈德联合沐舒坦治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎疗效满意,安全性好。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of intratympanic budesonide combined with mucosolvan in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children. Methods: 130 children with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty-five patients (78 ears) in the treatment group received intratympanic injection of budesonide and ambroxol, while 65 patients (73 ears) in the control group received intrathecal injection of dexamethasone and α-chymotrypsin. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The difference of the air conduction between the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment (P <0.05), and the reduction in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P <0.05) Lower than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The tympanic injection of budesonide combined with mucosolvan is effective and safe in the treatment of children with secretory otitis media.
