水利工程作为我国的基础设施,在近几年来发展速度特别迅速,水利工程施工管理的质量控制也越来越受控制。在水利工程施工过程中,水利工程施工管理的质量控制是工程项目管理的重要内容,对水利工程项目的成败有直接的影响。如何采取有效的方法来保证水利工程施工管理的质量,还需要大量的研究和探讨。现在的水利工程施工管理现状并不让人乐观,本文正是在这样的背景下,对水利工程施工管理的现状及控制措施进行了研究。
