通过分析大众文化存在的各种悖论我们可以看到:资本一方面解放和强化了文化,另一方面又控制和异化了文化。大众文化的自由本性与资本的占有本性的矛盾使大众文化产生悖论的根源。而工业化的大规模生产方式与越来越个性化的消费需求之间的矛盾,正在成为大众文化产生悖论的另一个原因。本文同时认为,大众文化是在先进的技术语境、市场语境和全球语境中产生的先进文化。它是人的本质实现的必经阶段,处于未完成的否定过程中。正是这种未完成的否定使它看起来既充满矛盾又充满前景。
By analyzing the paradoxes of mass culture, we can see that capital liberates and strengthens the culture on the one hand, and controls and alienates the other on the other hand. The contradiction between the freedom of mass culture and the possession of capital causes the paradox of popular culture. The contradiction between the mass production mode of industrialization and the increasingly individualized consumer demand is becoming another reason for the paradox of mass culture. At the same time, this article argues that popular culture is an advanced culture generated in the advanced technical context, market context and global context. It is the essential stage of the realization of human beings, in the process of unfinished negation. It is this unfinished negation that makes it look both contradictory and promising.
