本刊讯10月20日召开的中国石油和化学工业结构调整促进大会正式发布了《石油和化工产业结构调整指导意见》、《石油和化工产业振兴支撑技术指导意见》(下称“两个《意见》”)。两个《意见》对农药行业的结构调整指出了明确方向。
