气缸体平面产生翘曲变形,在多缸发动机中表现突出,单缸发动机不太明显。 1.翘曲变形的主要原因 (1)不按规定顺序和标准扭矩拧紧气缸盖螺栓,或由于各气缸套支承肩端面凸出量不一致,使气缸体和气缸盖平面受力不均而变形。 (2)个别螺栓滑扣或折断,因得不到及时修复或更换,致使长期受力不均。 (3)拧紧缸盖螺栓时,缺少扭力扳手或任意加长扭力扳柄,人为造成扭矩超过标准。 (4)由于某种原因,停机后,在机温较高情况下拆下了气缸套,引起速冷变形。 (5)选用气缸垫质量不佳,石棉分布厚薄不均。 (6)安装气缸盖时,平面擦洗不干净,特别是螺纹孔或固定销
