近半年来我院门诊共发现急性淋菌性尿道炎17例,现报导如下: 一、病例情况:17例患者均系男性;年龄19～50岁。全部有非法性接触史,潜伏期2～4天,与文献报道相符。二、临床表现:17例都诉有①尿频、小便困难、排尿时觉尿液灼热、尿道疼痛,阴茎勃起时疼痛更甚。②尿道口渗流黄白色稀脓液,尤以清晨较严重,其中11例带血性。外生殖器检查:全部病例有不同程度的尿道口、龟头、包皮内板湿润。并呈暗红色、轻度肿胀,其中包皮过长者8例较甚。16例尿道口有黄白色稀脓样分泌物渗出,以手挤压阴茎根部时分泌物增多。1例右侧副皋增大、触痛。
Nearly six months our hospital found a total of 17 cases of acute gonococcal urethritis, are reported as follows: First, the case: 17 patients were male; aged 19 to 50 years. External genital examination: All cases have different degrees of urethra, glans, foreskin plate moist. And dark red, mild swelling, of which 8 cases of prepuce more serious. 16 cases of urethra with yellow-white purulent discharge exudate, the hand squeezing the penis root secretion increased. 1 case of vice Gao increase, tenderness.
