保育员这一群体的资源对促进幼儿的发展,提高幼儿教育的整体水平有重要的作用。但是,目前幼儿园管理工作中有存在着重教育管理、轻保育管理,重教师队伍建设、轻保育员队伍建设,重教育教学研究、轻保育工作研究的现象,所以在一日活动中看不到保育员的言行对幼儿的影响,保育员缺乏参教意识。因此,为了充分体现《规程》中提出幼儿园工作必须贯彻保教结合的原则,本文着重从三个方面,探讨如何充分开发和利用保育员的资源,提高幼儿园保育质量。
