使用动物麻醉药乌拉坦分别给家兔和大鼠静脉注射,发现其可致溶血,而腹腔注射则无此副作用。同时观测家兔耳缘静脉注射乌拉坦溶血后血液流变性的变化,结果显示:注射乌拉坦后40min、60min时红细胞压积和高、中、低切变率下的全血表观粘度与注药前相比均明显降低(P<0.05),而血浆粘度、全血还原粘度、红细胞聚集指数和红细胞刚性指数均无显著性变化。通过这一实验首次证实乌拉坦静脉注射可导致溶血,而且这一副作用引起了血液流变性变化,无疑也会影响其它相关实验的结果。
Urazol, an animal anesthetic, was intravenously injected into rabbits and rats, respectively, and found to be hemololytic, whereas intraperitoneal injection did not result in this side effect. At the same time, we observed the changes of hemorrheology after intravenous injection of urethane into rabbits’ ears. The results showed that the apparent viscosity of whole blood at high, medium and low shear rates at 40min and 60min after injection of urethane was (P <0.05), but there was no significant change in plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index and erythrocyte rigidity index. Through this experiment for the first time confirmed that intravenous injection of urethane can lead to hemolysis, and this side effect caused by changes in blood rheology, will undoubtedly affect the results of other related experiments.
