在初搞業校教導工作時,沒有掌握住很好的工作方法,不考虑实際情况,不愿及教師的工作條件,所以把一件工作佈置下去以後,不是半道垮了,就是搞不起来,后來和行政及工作同志們檢討,找出基本原因是:不相信羣眾,不從工作實際情况出發,盲目的佈置,轻率的檢查,結果把工作搞垮了。我們接受了這個教訓,逐步的改正了這个工作上的嚴重錯誤,其间,我們接受了最主要的幾點教訓是:
