前言:高校作为我国社会主义建设主力军培养的重要载体,拥有大量优秀青年,他们具有高文化素养及思想觉悟,发展大学生党员成为高校日常教学管理工作的一部分。近年来,随着我国高校扩招、教学改革不断深化,大学生党员发展情况较好。但在发展质量上存在一些不足,如启蒙教育不到位、评价标准不严格等,在很大程度上影响了党员发展质量。因此本文将针对工作中存在的问题进行研究,并提出相关建议。
Preface: As an important carrier of the cultivation of the main force in the socialist construction of our country, colleges and universities possess a large number of outstanding young people. They possess high cultural attainments and ideological enlightenment, and the development of college student party members has become a part of daily teaching management in colleges and universities. In recent years, with the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities in our country, the deepening of the teaching reform, the development of college student party members is better. However, there are some shortcomings in the quality of development, such as the lack of enlightenment education, the evaluation criteria are not strict, etc., to a large extent affected the development of party members. Therefore, this article will focus on the problems in the work of research and make recommendations.
